Consumer Direct Care Network Texas is a Fiscal Management Services Agency (FMSA). As an FMSA, we help people with disabilities remain safe, healthy and independent in their homes. Our services make it possible for Texans to succeed in self-directing their own care.
We believe that by helping our clients stay involved in the direction of their care, we contribute to their health and build healthier, happier communities. We take care of the technical aspects of being an employer while empowering our clients to effectively manage their employees. Our clients recruit, select and train their caregivers. We assist with enrollment, background checks, processing payroll and payroll taxes, and providing workers’ compensation insurance.
