The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) recently published a notice reminding Consumer Direct Services (CDS) employers of the importance of following all existing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements.

As a reminder, EVV is federally requirement included in the 21st Century Cures Act. Caregivers must use EVV to clock in and out regardless of the option (1, 2, or 3) the employer selected on Form 1722.
