Vesta Mobile App Update: Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employees must update their Vesta mobile app to version 2.8.9 by January 1, 2022. If CDS employees do not update to version 2.8.9 by January 1, 2022, access to the Vesta mobile app will not be allowed until the CDS employee updates their app. Learn more
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): EVV is a computer-based system used by caregivers to clock in and out. It electronically documents the precise time a service delivery visit begins and ends. Starting January 1, 2021, caregivers must use the Vesta EVV system (mobile app, landline option, or alternative device) to clock in/out.
Vesta EVV toll-free phone numbers have been assigned and activated for Consumer Direct Care Network Texas with Agency ID (6390). If using the landline option or alternative device, caregivers will call these numbers to clock in/out.
